Imagine a product that can fill voids and cracks in 10 to 20 minutes and be firm enough to traverse in 30 to 40 minutes!

4 Seasons-Pothole Filler is a revolutionary solution to the millions of potholes and cracks that plague our nation's roads and bridges.

4 Seasons-Pothole Filler is a water-based two-part solution, packaged in five-gallon pails or boxes with thier own mixing buckets. The two parts are mixed together for 15 to 20 seconds and poured into the pothole. It sets in 15 -20 minutes and is ready for traffic in 45 minutes to two hours depending on temperature. It requires only a single individual to prepare it, pour it and watch it set. It is self-leveling and has sufficient adhesion that to date, test site applications completed more than 5 years ago are still sturdy and in tact. Whereas the other products failed completely and sometimes within weeks.

4 - Seasons Pothole filler Retails for $109.95 per 4.6 gallon kit however qauntity Discounts are available. 1-16 pallets is $104.95 per pail (36 pails to a pallet) 17-33 pallets $94.95 per pail. 66 pallets or more is $90.95 per pail. One kit is generally enough to fill one to three small potholes. Pea gravel may also be added as a filler to extended volume.

How does it differ from Throw and Go, Hot Mix or Cold Mix products? Throw and Go, Hot Mix, Cold Mix and other bagged or trucked aggregate based products usually require more than one person to apply and require some form of leveling, either with a vehicle of some kind or a powered roller. The most important part of any road repair is the seal the patch makes with the existing surface. If this seal is not complete, water can penetrate due to poor bonding. 'Throw and Go' or 'Hot' or 'Cold Mix' patch will disintegrate or lift from cavity needing repair.

4 - Seasons -Pothole Filler is water-based and self-leveling. It actually flows into all the cracks, joining loose and unsafe former patching material to the primary road surface. It pulls them together in a molecular bond to bond steel, concrete, asphalt and wood. Due to the flexibility the product exhibits, it makes 4 - Seasons-Pothole Filler an ideal repair for bridge joints since it does not become brittle in extreme climates.
